  • The unique functional design produced condo units that lived like townhouses and had minimal shared common elements, allowing for each of the units to maintain similar desirability.

  • Both units contain inset terraces on every level that allow for dramatic interior light, as well as exterior spaces on each floor. Both units contain dramatic rooftop outdoor spaces.

  • The outer design contains a dramatic mix of standing seam metal, brick, and natural wood resulting in a striking contemporary exterior.
