Located in Petworth, this classic Wardman row house was redeveloped with all the modern amenities while still maintaining many original features of the home, such as converting an old window opening into a wine rack. This was our first project involving an art and design collaborator – Mick Mier – and this experience cemented our desire to work with true creatives. Supporting their visions and working hard to make sure they're fully realized within the realm of each project has become a mainstay of our approach. To this day, we look back fondly at the uniqueness of this project and its embodiment of the MO/DE ethos – reimagining old spaces in creative ways for an exquisitely comfortable and aesthetically-driven modern living experience.
