This property is located two blocks from the Washington D.C. landmark, Logan Circle. Early in the construction process we were approached by a neighbor interested in the property who soon contracted with us to do a custom build. We entered into a collaborative process with the individual which resulted in a traditional front exterior, a wall of glass at the rear, and a very happy buyer.
